So I attempted to dual boot macOS Ventura 13.4 a few days prior. At the installation screen, I noticed that my mouse was laggy but I shrugged it off, hoping it was just because of my old USB. However, after the installation and I got in the problem still persists. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Oops, I didn't read any of that.
I have uploaded a copy of the EFI, that was used during the installation. But I have no idea how to get my hands on the Debug files.
