Intel HD4000 and Radeon R7 250x (HD7000) simultaneously

For this I've added a file KextCollection in the archive.
It even includes the version numbers.
I've updated the file because I'm using VirtualSMC now.

You should remove those kexts first and only keep a minimal set of kexts in the Clover/Kexts/Others directory. At minimum, you should include these:

Lilu
VirtualSMC
WhateverGreen
AppleALC
AtherosE2200Ethernet

Then reboot and build the kextcache and attach the kextcahe output.
