Installing macOS Sonoma on Dell Inspiron 14 5482

Hi,
I was installing Sonoma on my laptop and after the install when I tried to boot to macOS I got errors then it kernel panicked
Can someone help me, I attached the EFI and photos of the kernel panic and errors

Processor: Intel Core i7 8565U (Whiskylake-U)
