You did not followed the FAQ. You must omit your themes folder.

pc didnt boot... after the kernel panic..(google chrome was froezen.. after restart it didnt boot) so i formatted the drive... this is the Efi i used to install kindly see if its correct ....

No, this ain't correct. It's the same messed up structure with the "themes" folder omitted.
Reset BIOS to defaults. Setup your BIOS according to this guide: https://www.elitemacx86.com/threads/bios-uefi-settings-for-beginners.37/
