Hello , I want to install Ventura using opencore
When I click Reinstall MACOS it said not internet access

Also Vt-d is disabled and here is my EFI folder

Your configuration is not as per the guide.

Moreover, you should remove the Device Properties for Intel I225-V as Ventura has a native support. With that, enable VT-d and you should be good to go.
