This patch is only for Skylake. You're having a Kaby lake system. So the patch doesn't applies to your Laptop.

Is there a patch for kaby Lake then ?

No patch needed for the Kaby Lake. Read the I2C documentation.

It created a dumplog and the refs.txt file is present but it didn't disassemble it.

using "iasl -da -dl DSDT.aml SSDT*.aml" instead of 'iasl -da -dl -fe refs.txt DSDT.aml SSDT*.aml" , i get one error.

it did the disassembly process but didn't create the dsl files

i used---> iasl -da -dl DSDT.aml SSDT*.aml <---- as iasl -da -dl -fe refs.txt DSDT.aml SSDT*.aml shows some output in terminal but provides no disassembled files

Can you provide a video explaining it?
And provide your fresh ACPI files. Make sure it's the latest, extracted fresh.
