At your config, you use a lot of patches for 10.15.5, but now you tell that only one patch can fix all. With these patches from the screenshot my Catalina work too. But at Big Sur Beta it doesn't work for me. I tried you "one patch solution" at Big Sur and it works but only for Speedstep. I suggested that your "one patch solution" can add only speedstep for Catalina, but I didn't check it.

Can you show your working turboboost with your "one patch solution" on Catalina or Big Sur?

Maybe some of your repo is private? because I saw only two and in both, I didn't found where you use "one patch solution"

Thanks but with 7 patches it works a long time for me. I just didn`t understand why @d4vinder said that it works for him with a single patch.

That patch is not even correct. The same was asked to confirm in previous post.
