I have done everything according to the guide but my system gets stuck in the boot logo.

It's been here like forever everytime i try boot it up it just gets stucked in here forever.
Can you help me by making efi folder for my system I'm sure that there might be something I'm missing in the efi folder that I created

No information without verbose. Enable verbose and attach the BIOS Settings and EFI you're using to boot.

I don’t think that there is any option for verbose in the dell bios. I’m using open core efi to boot. What to attach from the BIOS settings

Verbose can be enabled in your OpenCore config.plist in the Boot Arg section. Read here:

Can you like make a new efi folder for me from the oc_gen x or something cause I don’t have a Mac I made that efi file through my virtual Mac installed in my system.

It's your responsibility. If you don't have a Mac, the guide has instructions for Windows, Linux, and Mac.
