high sierra error impossible contact the server

Select CT480... and click on Erase button.

Use the following parameters to erase.

Name: Macintosh HD
Format: APFS
Scheme: GUID Partition Map

Click on Erase. Then proceed to install.

I cant get to this screen where i select the drive..i have only the first continue and the error
