My Situation with this clover config and drivers that I boot from USB installer.

So, what's the issue?

Can't open clover configurator to copy EFI folder in system EFI.

Use latest version of CC.

When I plug in a display (pci) system just restarted. I think it must be something with graphic driver

It will restart as the system is not patched yet. That's a normal behaviour.

As you can see, apple logo appears when I open anything. Just when I press F11 I can see desktop

Hmm. That's so weird. So this is not only with CC? But if you try to open anything, it works like this?
If you can open IOReg and System Report, then attach those here. Need to check them.

can't open terminal from search and can't open preferences. can I find them with another way ?

Hmm. Is the system not responsive?
Are you booting in safe mode?

wait, this is what happening :

when i try to do things lock screen come on top of everything and don't let me do anythings, but software will open. when I press F11 lock screen and every thing disapear from screen but still open

The issue is your CPU is not being utilised. Use VoodooTSCSync.kext and it should fix the issue.
