GC titan ridg card can not use usb3.1

Hello,



I am a user from China, and my English is not very good, so I can only communicate with translation tools. I don't know whether the machine translation is accurate, so I can only try to describe my problems. I have found no useful information on the Chinese forum.



Here are the questions I met.

I have two GC titan ridg cards, one is V1 and anthoer is V2

Original firmware used in V1

V2 flshed 5.0 custom firmware



I use them to use my studio display



However, the two cards have the same problem. The USB Docking Station of the USB 3.1 function TYPC interface and the Samsung T7 TYPC SSD cannot be recognized.

I can use Thunderbolt 3 cable to light up the display, but the brightness and sound engineer cannot use it


System report - USB is identified as USB 3.0 bus



I can't find out what caused it. I hope I can get help

Your BIOS Settings is not correct and the configuration is not as per the guide.
