If you reboot into Windows 11, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work properly after installing the drivers.

Did you update the kexts and re-ran OCLP? Either way, attach the IOReg+EFI and System Report.

Disable AirPortBrcmFixup and the child kexts and then check
