I've got question admin. Why is my processor speed is different in Hackintool and system report. I'll show the picture. Could this be the reason why my battery drain very fast.

This one is hackintool

The Hackintool shows the actual CPU info. Whereas, the system report fetch the CPU info from the specific Mac model. As per my check, the MacBookPro 15,4 uses i5 and i7 models in two of their Mac models and the i5 variant is 8257U and the i7 variant is 8557U which are of 1.4GHz and 1.7GHz speeds respectively. If you haven't done any changes in the SMBIOS, it should really show 1.6GHz as that's what your actual processor is capable.

Also, some Laptops are configured to have different clock speed when in AC/battery mode. So, check on that as well.

It would be good if you can attach your EFI.

I've attached this efi without airportitlwm.kext and intelbluetoothfirmware.kext to reduce the size. I've also read that i can try smbios macbookair 8,2 since it run i5-8210y@1.6ghz

You shouldn't require UnblockFsConnect for your hardware.

The real reason for fast battery depletion is due to the fact the dGPU is not disabled properly. Please note that when you disable the dGPU using WEG (either using device properties or boot arg), it will simply make the device not available to macOS but the chip actually continues to draw power. You should disable it properly using SSDT method.

Would recommend using MacBookPro14,1.

Okay I'll change the smbios and disable unblockFsConnect. However, How do I disable the dgpu using ssdt method?
