VGA to HDMI connector may not work. Although, DVI to HDMI should work.

I can confirm that DVI to HDMI works.

You can try to patch connectors. Assuming, the physical connector is 0x06 and the index is 2, add the following to the IGPU address in DeviceProperties

framebuffer-con1-alldata = 02020A00 0100000 87000000
framebuffer-con1-enable = 01000000
