Dark Theme Support added

With the receiving suggestions and upcoming release of macOS Mojave, we've enabled a dark theme for our forum. The theme looks great in my opinion. The theme can be selected from the footer. You can switch between the default theme and the dark theme.

For a quick reference, the screenshots are attached below.

One thing I've got to say: welcome to the dark (or dork) side! Muhahahha (there was no evil laugh emoji, so I switched to manual).

The theme looks gorgeous but the dark red color specially for the links needs to be refined, it's not readable
