Could someone list me some laptops under 70K that are fully compatible with Monterey?

My brother is planning to use Hackintosh laptop and he needs to choose a laptop that is compatible with Monterey. I would like help about this.

Preferred models are Hp, Lenovo, Asus, msi.

What's the Laptop's purpose? What features are important to you? Type-C, Dedicated GPU, etc.
 
It is for normal work purpose, no touchscreen required. Just preferred 512gb SSD and 8 GB ram, Intel chip plz

Here are a few things to look for.

Ignore SSDs having
Ignore soldered WiFi/BT
10th Gen. is max.

There will be a slight issue when installing, but it can be achieved. Search for the SSD, WiFi and refresh rate.
