Can I hackintosh my HP Laptop 15s-eq2504sa? (AMD)

Oh, then I’ll add back “SMCBatteryManager” kext.

Laptop display brightness does indeed work as I can change it with the slider, but not with the function keys.

Also realised WiFi card is incompatible. So will stick to third party. But Bluetooth is acting weird when the usb dongle I referred to in my previous post is inserted.

When it comes patching ACPI for battery readings and anything else for my hardware, how do I go about this correctly? Honestly am not sure how to do this as I am new to Hackintoshing.
The ACPI must be patched correctly, either static or hotpatch for correct battery readings.

Although that kext is supposed to work, it may not work on certain Laptops due to the ACPI differences. For the Brightness Hotkeys to work, the Brightness should be working and the brightness slider should be present in System Settings>Display. It could be also highly possible that PNLF is not implemented.

No idea what WiFi Card you have.

Probably an I2C. If that's the case, ACPI patching is required.

That's not the correct way to dump the APCI files. You would need to attach the PR Files.

That's depreciated. SMCBatteryManager is recommended.

This requires ACPI patching. Either static or hotpatching.

Its normal. When the system will have two BT, it will act weired. Map the ports and disable built-in BT.

UPDATE
Everything except the wi-fi card is now working as intended!

Battery is now reading correctly and brightness works as intended. It was simply down to a generic ACPI file being in the folder.

Got one final issue and I'm hoping I can get this working. I've replaced my Realtek RTL8821CE-M 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 wireless card with an Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 M.2. I see that it is supported, but I cannot get it detected in Mac OS Sequoia. Any thoughts on this? Maybe something I'm overlooking or perhaps it just cannot be done?

EDIT
Was attempting AirportItlwm.kext (Somona 14.4 version), but didn't work. Tried to use Heliport and itlwm.kext, but nothing changed there either.

Glad to hear!

Is it not detected under macOS or is detected but doesn't work?

Attach Hackintool>PCIe Info

The hardware is not detected. Check the hardware+slot and verify the BIOS settings.
Bluetooth is now working correctly thanks to this guide and adding the Bluetooth parameters: https://elitemacx86.com/threads/how-to-fix-intel-wifi-and-bluetooth-on-macos-sequoia-and-later.2066/

Checked to see if my Intel AX210 hardware was detected via Hackintool and I didn't see it at all. Went to see if it was inserted correctly and I noticed that the card requires two antennas whereas my laptop only has one (not sure if that has anything to do with it).

Surprisingly, I inserted the original wifi card and it detects Bluetooth correctly and appears in Hackintool as a network controller. Wifi doesn't work as expected, but just something that I noticed.

Edit: Just to clarify, Bluetooth also works with Intel AX210, but the range is very poor and probably due to the lack of an additional antenna the card requires. But no wifi with Heliport (ltlwm kext) or Airportltlwm kext (without Heliport).

In the meantime, I'm using an external dongle for wifi so it's not all too bad.

Well, it could be possible that the Intel WiFi you have is defective, not inserted properly, has blacklisted or the Laptop just doesn't accept it. Some cards may be disabled via the ACPI level so you need to check.
