The Laptop is supported but a few things to note:

- No idea on the SSD model. It might be unsupported.
- The WiFi is unsupported.
- If the Audio is Intel SST based, the Microphone may not work.

I really need help with this as I'm not sure what I am doing (new to hackintoshing). This is my config file, but I'm sure I've made mistakes in it. Would also like to know what version of Mac OS it can run.

Edit: Could do with a walkthrough of what I should do, add and edit. Would really appreciate it.

Your config is not as per the guide.

Followed the guide, but couldn't get the installer to run. Maybe I'm missing something?

Yes, you're missing to attach verbose video.

Yes, you're missing to attach verbose video.
Made some adjustments to the config.plist and cannot upload the video yet. But here's an image of the last thing that appeared when booting the installer.

Indicates KP. Post the verbose video to check.

Made a lot of progress, but I'm stuck at the moment with a couple of issues.

  1. Battery Status indicator is not working. Always coming up as "fully charged" despite having "SMCBatteryManager" kext installed.
  2. Brightness keys aren't working. Installed the "BrightnessKeys" kext but got no result there.
  3. Wi-Fi card isn't working (not sure if it can work). Ethernet works just fine and can use a third party Wi-Fi/Bluetooth usb to connect to the internet. Using TP-Link AC600 nano adapter.
  4. Keyboard works fine, but trackpad isn't working. Checked device manager on Windows to see what driver it is (ELAN PrecisionTouchpad Filter Driver). I can use an external mouse to use the mouse pointer.
I'll attach the update config.plist to showcase the changes I made prior to this comment. Also used "SSDTTime" to dump the files and inserted it in ACPI folder in EFI folder.

Edit: Removed "SMCBatteryManager" kext to see how it would fare with "ACPIBatteryManager" kext (clutching at straws, but will revert after this comment). Going to put "SMCBatteryManager" kext back in kexts folder.

Really would appreciate the help.

The ACPI must be patched correctly, either static or hotpatch for correct battery readings.

Brightness keys aren't working. Installed the "BrightnessKeys" kext but got no result there.
Although that kext is supposed to work, it may not work on certain Laptops due to the ACPI differences. For the Brightness Hotkeys to work, the Brightness should be working and the brightness slider should be present in System Settings>Display. It could be also highly possible that PNLF is not implemented.

Wi-Fi card isn't working (not sure if it can work). Ethernet works just fine and can use a third party Wi-Fi/Bluetooth usb to connect to the internet. Using TP-Link AC600 nano adapter.
No idea what WiFi Card you have.

Keyboard works fine, but trackpad isn't working. Checked device manager on Windows to see what driver it is (ELAN PrecisionTouchpad Filter Driver). I can use an external mouse to use the mouse pointer.
Probably an I2C. If that's the case, ACPI patching is required.

That's not the correct way to dump the APCI files. You would need to attach the PR Files.

That's depreciated. SMCBatteryManager is recommended.
