Sorry, but what are you meaning of "PR files"?
PR files are problem reporting files.

Hi, I have a problem because I can't find Codec commander for download. And overall I've had the system for a couple of days and I'm still green at it. And I don't know how to do it despite these instructions.

There is no kext in what you entered

when i "sudo cp -R /Users/yourusername/Desktop/hda-verb /usr/bin"
i see "cp: /usr/bin/hda-verb: Operation not permitted"

Yourusername must be replaced with your actual username and the error you're getting is likely due to no write access available in Big Sur. For more information on write access to system's root volume, check the guide linked below.

How do you paste in /usr/bin? i get an Operation not permitted error
