Here are the following issues.
  • config.plist is not as per the guide.
  • ACPI is not patched.
  • The drivers directory is not as per the guide.
  • Remove all the kexts installed in S/L/E.

Also, the AppleHDA looks modified and you're also using AppleALC. You should choose only one method.

Start here:

Thanks for your reply,

alright I'll have to check all of what you've suggested

  • config.plist is not as per the guide.
How should it comply, where are the missing parts?

  • ACPI is not patched.
The system is fully operational without patching, I've never used this method before but after reading online about the process more in depth, is there a specific patch just for audio or I have to patch the whole system

  • The drivers directory is not as per the guide.
    where should I place them?

  • Remove all the kexts installed in S/L/E.
    and install them where? EFI?

  • Also, the AppleHDA looks modified and you're also using AppleALC. You should choose only one method.
AppleALC is not loading in the first place
    AppleHDA, I searched for layout id in AppleHDA.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleHDAHardwareConfigDriver.kext/Contents/Info.plist , Codec ID is 283902515 = 0x10EC0233 while it should be 283902517 = 0x10EC0235 for ALC233
DPCIManager/Status listing codec id as 0x10EC0235

I already linked the guide above.

ACPI patching is necessary for Laptops. For more information, read here:

Again, i liked the installation guide above.

Of course. You have got many unnecessary kexts installed.

This is not the correct method. To implement Audio on Laptops, you must patch DSDT, inject a proper layout ID for the Codec in your config.plist and pair it with AppleALC+Lilu. For more information, read here:

Alright, thanks a lot

I installed codeccomander and vodoohda via kextBeast.
As per the guide, you must use one method only. You're using AppleALC and VoodooHDA which is not recommended.

So I need to try commander only?

I removed AppleALC and VoodooHDA (only CodecComm in efi) and now when im trying to run a script im getting this error: "Could not locate CodecCommander kext, ensure it is loaded." (and I have no sound at all lol)

kextcache output:
Code:
viktor@Air-Viktor ~ % sudo kextcache -i/

Password:

kextcache -i/

kextcache -arch x86_64 -local-root -all-loaded -kernel /System/Library/Kernels/kernel -prelinked-kernel /Library/Apple/System/Library/PrelinkedKernels/prelinkedkernel -volume-root / /Library/Extensions /AppleInternal/Library/Extensions /Library/Apple/System/Library/Extensions /System/Library/Extensions

Please follow the guide properly. All steps has been provided. If you're unable to understand anything, reply to this thread. Again, your configuration is not proper. I suggest to fix that first.

When I following guide step by step I'm getting "Could not locate CodecCommander kext, ensure it is loaded." May be problem in opencore bootloader? My way to cc next is EFI/OC/Kexts/cc.kext
