AMD Lenovo Legion 5 17arh05h stuck on pci-configuration-begin

hi all,

I am trying to install ventura 13.0 22a380 on my lenovo legion 5 17arh05h it's got a ryzen 7 4800h with a rtx 6800w and dgpu of nvidia rtx 2060 and i'm well aware i won't get GPU acceleration but it doesn't matter for me i just wanna get macOS on this laptop despite that fact. I get into verbose but and have npci=0x2000 in my config.plist, BUT i still get stuck on PCI configuration begin, i looked up this error i don't know why or how to fix it. PR files included,

i had to paste a link to my EFI as the .zip itself is too large to be directly attached sadly.
