Looks pretty much like the issue I have on my Thinkpad E15 Gen3 with Ryzen 7 5700u (also Zen2) as well. Booting the USB on my Legion 5 Pro 2021 with a Ryzen 7 5800h (Zen3) and 3060 (I don't plan to install macOS on that machine, I was just experimenting) yeilds the same Error as on my Thinkpad and as you have here.
