After install with OCpatcher, can i still using and updating OC official bootloader?
OCLP uses the Official OpenCore Bootloader so you really don't need to overwrite the files.
With my specs in signature, which SMBIOS Spoof Model should i choose?

Can work but only for unsupported hardware. It is mostly used for real Macs. Even for an unsupported computer (non-Apple), it is recommended to use the normal route and then just use OCLP to perform postinstallation patch.

Yeah, correct. As per your hardware, Ventura isn't supported. The latest you can install is macOS Monterey.

Yes, indeed. Only for unsupported Macs.

Well, it can be installed using a different method but you won't be able to use hardware acceleration so it is really not worth it.

I am trying to install in on a mac pro 3,1 late 2008. Monterrey works like a charm here but with ventura after booting from the installer USB and choosing the efi partition it only reboots and chosing the installer it gets stuck loading. Any solution?
