(SOLVED) Can't enable safari extentions on Catalina

Hello everyone.

I just did a clean install on my laptop and faced a problem that i had before and did not care, but now i really want to solve this misery. My problem is that i can't enable extentions from Safari preferences. It lets me click the box next to the icon, but nothing happens when i click to the box. I did some research before, and i found out that the problem is not the extentions. I have tried more than 5 extentions, its all has the same issue.

I did a crazy experiment aswell, it has a very weird result. So after the clean install i log-in to the app store and install an extention for safari. I open the extention and it tells me to enable it from safari preferences. I enable it from safari preferences menu and it works, but right after i set my device-id to 66 in config.plist (Only device ID both my speakers and headphone jack works) safari extentions that i enabled is disabled and i can not enable it again...

Maybe someone had a the issue and fixed it?

NOTE: The bug has been fixed with 10.15.6 update by itself. I have not done anything specific to fix the bug, it just fixed after the update.

I don't really know what is PR files and how to put them here but i guess its about problem reporting. The thing is, i do not think any kind of log can report why this is happening.
