Hello everyone, i have made a OC config for my laptop according to the Opencore laptop gitbook guide and did the igpu section. But when i boot into my catalina, i have weird glitch everywhere on the screen. Scattered windows, pic not rendering correctly stuff like that. So im obliged to downgrade the resolution back to 1600x900. It wouldn't be much of a problem but now i'm making a battery SSDT patch and it seems it doesn't works (doesn't boot, i cannot go past the scattered apple loading screen) until i would completely fix my iGPU.

What settings do you guys recommend for making it works? Thanks in advance

Try to enable Legacy Boot mode with CSM. Provide kextcache output.

hi. I doubt I can do that as my bios settings are quite empty. The only useful thing I can configure is VT-x enable switch and secure boot. Otherwise I don't have any other options.

Check it once again. If there's no any Boot settings, then provide a kextcache output.

Yeah i checked again and i have no option for that.

As for the output after running sudo kextcache -i/

KernelCache ID: 995D9E2887F168566001BBE2DDC3E4F9

Update Lilu and WEG. If the problem persists, i recommend you to start here:

Note: Until i add the guide for OC, no support will be provided to OC configuration.

OK thanks i managed to fix the issue while doing the guide. Thanks

Hello, I have the same problem, but in Mojave, how did you solve it?
