I think the best SMBIOS for your setup is the MacBookPro15,3 which is for a MacBookPro with an i7 CPU inside.

Isn't better to choose the closest SMBIOS to the CPU? I know that when you choose the SMBIOS based on the CPU generation you'll get better Power Management results.

It is. When it comes to Laptops, things changes a lot.

I know that when you choose the SMBIOS based on the CPU generation you'll get better Power Management results.

Frequency Vectors can be edited or copied from another SMBIOS, for new CPUs, it's not even required.
