Cannot boot from USB after updating OC root patches (errantly)

Click on Open Anyway and it should work after you enter the credentials.

It doesn't open even with "open anyway"...

It does ask for my credentials but the app simply bounces on the toolbar for a few seconds and never opens a window.

Maybe SIP or a corrupt download. Check DM!
