Random reboots while loading the system

1) all drives are SN850X
2) does it matter
Provide the System Report, attach a copy of IOReg and EFI along with the BIOS Settings.

To confirm again, does the freezing and random reboot stops when you remove either of these two boot drives or is it specific to Tahoe only?

Also, provide the info where these two drives are installed on the Motherboard (slot location).

It doesn't matter which drive I remove, where it's located, or what slot it's in. If there's a single NVMe drive with MacOS, there's no problem, regardless of whether it's a Sequioa or Tahoe.

I've tried a wide variety of settings. I've changed various quirk combinations, added drives to device properties, monitored nvmefix logs, and various other combinations. Posting the current configuration here won't change anything, as I've already tried a wide variety of settings, and there's no point relying on the current settings. My question is, can anyone recreate the same setup I have—two nvme drives (not nvme and ssd) with Tahoe installed on one and Sequoia on the other—and confirm there are no boot issues.

Have a same setup due to your case and no such issue. The drives are also SN850X.

As expected, its the XTXH variant. Spoofing is required. Spoof the device ID to 73BF
I don't know if using WhateverGreen + Spoof for the 6900 XTXH card has any advantages over NootRX. Under normal system use, there's no difference—the graphics card works fine in both cases. However, when upgrading MacOS (for example, I upgraded from Tahoe Beta 5 to Beta 6 today), the WhateverGreen + Spoof combination doesn't handle it. It can't properly launch the GUI during the update. With NootRX, the update proceeds without any issues.
