Random freezes on Sonoma 14.5

Here is the goole drive link for the EFI :
You'll have to allow access.

Do you have more infos about how to implement RestrictEvents ?
RestrictEvents is used for several things. Fixing updates, cosmetic things, CPU Name, etc.

Also regarding XMP, the performance wirh XMP enabled and disablesd are quite not the same ! I read also that I could give a little voltage boost on the RAM, but I'm not the king of overclocking, so I don't want to do mistakes. It seems to work well with 64Go RAM, and it is eufficient for me.
Oh, yeah. There is a difference in the performance with XMP Enabled and Disabled. Yes, better not to overclock.

Also if I want to go back to 128, I'll have to unmount all the cooling system, and I do'nt have time for that right now...
Are you using an Air cooler?

Regarding the stp 3, I dont have any Sleep Wake Failure files in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
Can you zip and attach the DiagnosticsReports folder?

I think the access is now granted to the google drive link. And you'll find attached the DiagnosticsReports.zip file.

I ran cinebench test @128Go abd @64Go RAM, the 64Go is significatively better. I also read that it is frequent that MB can't run at full frequency when all slots are populated.

Just went through your EFI and some things to notice:

- Disable Resize BAR in BIOS and set ResizeAppleGpuBars to -1.
- What's your boot disk model? You seem to have ApfsTrimTimeout disabled. Set it to -1.
- Enable FuzzyMatch and set the KernelArch to Any.
- Is CFG Lock Disabled in BIOS?
- Why is the SIP partially disabled? You seem to have itlwm.kext which doesn't require downgrade of IOSkywalk in order to work. So, either completely disable the SIP or Enable it fully. Also, if you have previously run the root patches, revert them first and then take care of SIP.
- MacPro7,1 not a great choice but works.

After you make these changes, Reset NVRAM and then MaciASL>File>Export Tableset.

Also, if you can attach the BIOS Settings regarding IGPU, VT-d, it would be nice.

I can't find any CFG Lock option in the BIOS
iGPU is disabled
VT-d is enabled (I read it can be disabled via opencore), and I use windows and Linux on this PC

I made all the other edits, I still have the memory slot poluation warning at startup

The boot disk model is a CT1000P5PSSD8.

Since I removed 64Go of RAM I don't have any issues besides the memory warning at startup.

What would be a better SMBIOS for my PC instead of MacPeo7,1 ?

I jopined the MACSIASL output

Can you provide the picture of the warning?

iMacPro1,1.

The ACPI looks good. Attach the bootlog:

log show --last boot | head -1500 > ~/Documents/mybootlog.txt

See attached files. Could the message be a consequence of the MacPro SEMBIOS ?

Apologies for the delayed response. Been busy in the test phase and guides.

It seems like one of the SSDT isn't loading and that's none other than: SSDT:xh_rps14

The memory misconfiguration is due to the RestrictEvents not implemented properly.
