If you turn off the monitor, why do you expect the monitor to display anything at all?

You mean if you turn off the monitor and turn it on again, you don't have a display?

ok i'm on system all works,
i turn off display (monitor)
come back in 5 mins back
turn display ON and see only Black screen (No Signal)

computer keep working, keyboard on capslock (i see also working by indicator)

im going reboot or i can fix it with re-plug HDMI cable into graphics card, then display signal back

Your configuration is not as per the guide.

Can you somehow argue and what is the basis of your so useful advice?

Can you somehow argue and what is the basis of your so useful advice?
If that's the case, here are the issues

- SSDT-EC-USBX is for Skylake and above.
- SSDT-PMCR is for Coffee Lake.
- SSDT-RTC0 isn't required unless you have RTC issues.
- SSDT-CPU exists so why CpuPm and Cpu0Ist is being dropped?
- You're using SSDT-UNC as well as also using a UNC rename
- Kext sorting order is not correct.
- ASUS reports the SMBIOS normally. Not sure why CustomSMBIOSGuid is being used.
- You're using SSDT-RTC0 as well using a Kernel patch.

These are some main keypoints. Other than this, a clean-up is required for the whole config.plist as described in the guide.
