Wont boot into installer AppleACPICPU error

I am having issues installing 14.4 getting stuck at this stage I have checked all Patches for AMD CPU any help would be great I have been stuck for days now.

EFI Files here would not let me upload.

Motherboard MSI B570 Gaming Edge WiFi
CPU Ryzen 5 5600X
Graphics RX 6600 XT
