Why are you using EnableWriteUnprotector and RebuildAppleMemoryMap together? Use the latter one.

Remove SSDT-CPUR and replace it with SSDT-PLUG-ALT.

Try with the following Quirks combination:

1. Combination First
RebuildAppleMemoryMap - Enabled
DevirtualiseMmio - Enabled
EnableWriteUnprotector - Disabled

2. Second Combination
RebuildAppleMemoryMap - Disabled
DevirtualiseMmio - Disabled
EnableWriteUnprotector - Enabled

3. Third Combination
RebuildAppleMemoryMap - Enabled
DevirtualiseMmio - Disabled
EnableWriteUnprotector - Enabled

Also, disable LapicKernelPanic. Its likely not required for your hardware!

The rest of the quirks will remain as it is.

The trackpad will not work, until you patch it. Must be I2C.

Regarding the Russian Language, ensure that the language is set properly in the NVRAM. Look for the prev-lang:kbd value.
