Stop sign when trying to install Ventura

I have done USB mapping and made the config.plist with OCAT. When I boot through the USB stick with the EFI and com.apple.recovery.boot (the folder from OpenCore) I get a circle with a cross and a link "support.apple.com/mac/startup".
My PC specifications:

MOTHERBOARD: AsRock X370M-HDV
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: Asus RX 6600
RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200 MT/s Kingston FURY BEAST
Ethernet controller: RTL8168

USB Mapping is a post installation step.

Remove the mapping kexts and then check.
