Read about "Download the tools for the disassembly" and "Disassembling the ACPI Files".

From the refs.txt, remove "External(MDBG, MethodObj, 1)" line.

ok I removed that line now exceptions have reduced from 12 to 6 and all are same as follows :
ACPI Exception: AE_ALREADY_EXISTS, while adding external to namespace [_SB_.PCI0.GFX0.DD02._BCM] (20161210/dmextern-1012)

I read all of them but I couldn't find the version that you mentioned (RM-1.31 (252.4))
this is the list of versions but there isn't rm-1.31 between them:

Use the very first one. This is MaciASL which is a tool to patch.
You still need to install iasl compiler. Read the thread which i linked above.

A few question as you have been repeating the mistake twice and thrice.

1. Have you installed MaciASL? If so, what version from the repo? Also, attach About screenshot for it.
2. Have you installed iasl? If so, what version from the repo? Also, attach About screenshot for it.

Now, both the tools are correct. All you need to do is, follow the guide and try to re-disassemble the files, you should have no any errors at all.

I tried with these and got 6 errors as this one :
