MSI Z590I UNIFY - Intel Core i9-10900F - 64GB RAM - AMD RX 5700XT - WiFi/BT - Thunderbolt 4 - OpenCore

xD. First people seek support and then they want it their way. :)
Just wanted an answer to a legitimate question that was either not understood, missed or the answer just not known. Maybe it's a a language problem being you still don't get it. Oh well

This is for TB 4 thread. Make sure to check the last edited date. We never stated that we provide "support".

Yes, and you cannot discuss about all of your hardware and the related issues in a single thread. This is why the forum has categories.

Monterey is stable now. You just need to upgrade the OC and related kexts and you can proceed with the upgrade.
When you say "upgrade the OC" do you mean to the latest version (0.7.5)? Or is there a Monterey-specific upgrade?

I had the latest version updated today, then I upgraded to Montery. After about 5 to 10 min, the system crashes (panic). Is anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: you can see on my profile that I have the 11th gen CPU and the RX 5500 XT GPU.

You cannot expect it to work as the Hotplug implementation is not correct.
You must change the address in the SSDT to match yours.

Upgrade the OC here means upgrade to the latest possible OC, release version.

No idea without PR files and crash logs.

Rocket Lake CPUs have no such issues.

Exactly my issue, I've read the guide on Hot Plugging Thunderbolt 4 but the address of the controller is elusive. It's not showing in IORegistryExplorer as described. Where do I find it? All I see are PCI devices, no mention of Thunderbolt at all.

It has the RP05.PXSX address.
