You did NOT followed the guide. Kexts are still in the L/E. The config.plist is not from the guide. Follow the guide here: https://www.elitemacx86.com/threads/guide-creating-a-basic-config-plist-file-for-booting-macos.257/
If it doesn't boots, simply attach the boot logs and the PR files.
