I need help configuring my Audio (Speakers / Jack Ports / Internal and External Microphone) - ALC898

The configuration is not upto the mark.
Start here:
Hello EliteMacx86, Thank you for this guide, I followed the instructions exactly on the Audio Patching part and it worked(at least most of it), my Speakers and Jackports work now but there are two issues remaining in my Audio, The jack ports doesn't automatically switch to headphone mode and speakers mode, I have to set "Line-Out" for Speaker Mode and "Internal Speakers" for Headphone Mode Manually, The Microphone Jack works perfectly but the built in mic doesnt work. This is the only issue remaining on my audio.

Hi EliteMacx86, sorry for a very late reply, I broked my glasses and can't see my screen, it took me a week to find a replacement due to the virus. Here are my latest PR Files:

Updates:
I followed the Audio patching guide from the link you provided, that's why AppleHDA.kext is the only one appearing in the kextcache output. Thanks.

Happy that you got the replacement.

Here are few issues.
  • You're using layout ID=3 in your DSDT. But in your config.plist, the layout ID=1 is being used. Both must be same!
  • The config.plist and directories are not as per the guide. Start here:

Thanks for this, I'll send the results once I finish my WFH projects.

Hi EliteMacx86! I changed the layout ID to 1 to match my clover layout id, nothing changed.
Attach your PR files. Make sure the ID is same which should be 3.

Hi EliteMacx86! Here are my PR Files.

Updates:
1.) Restored Earlier Version of DSDT which has layout 3
2.) Changed to layout 3 in the clover configuration

I've done it, but it still the same.

Disregard only my updates here, I tested it again and it turns out, my volume sliders are only present and not greyed out but there is no sounds on both the speakers and the earphones, and also the mic. I am still using layout 3 for this.
