Once you've the OpenCore ready, follow the steps below.
1. Open your config.plist
2. Add VerifyMsrE2.efi under Misc>Tools.

Note:
The VerifyMsrE2.efi can be found at EFI/OC/Tools.
3. Save your config.plist.
4. On the target system, use the EFI to boot. When at OpenCore boot picker, you'll see one more option i.e VerifyMsrE2.
5. Boot from VerifyMsrE2 and it will display the result whether you've a MSR Locked BIOS or not.
