Thank you for your replies! I might go with AMD in the future then.

Intel CPU+AMD GPU is the best combination in terms of Desktop for this specific purpose.

Would it still be usable without a GPU… or an IGPU I gues?

Without graphics acceleration, the performance is nearly similar to VMware or Virtual Box.

Your configuration is not as per the guide.

I solved it with configuring the Config.plist
properly, however, the LAN network and bluethooth card is not working

Inside the zip I have removed
AirportItlwm.kext
IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext
IntelBluetoothInjector.kext
Otherwise the size was too much to attach

I switched from Clover to OpenCore
(Easiest Opencore for me to set up)
Now the brightness is ok
