Hmm I swapped it and set the ACPI path accordingly but the same issue, after some testing, I disabled the TB3 SSDT and kept the DTGP SSDT enabled, which seems to be the cause of the Prohibited Sign

That means its conflicting. Can you enable verbose and provide the boot video?

Its an USB/AHCI controller issue. There are so much issues with the AMD USB Mapping.

However, it seems like there is a huge mistake in the config.plist. Instead of using SSDT-USB-Reset.aml, you have it SSDT-US-Reset.aml, which causes this particular SSDT not load leading to this error. Correct the SSDT name in the config.plist and then check.

Yeah I read about all of that which is why I included the Thunderbolt USB controller. Anyways, I went back and fixed the typo in the USB Reset SSDT, and no luck

If you did that, its wrong. The USB ports for TB are mapped via its own SSDT and must be excluded from USBPorts mapping.

Ahh okay, I went back and made the changes to UTB.Kext, and the SSDT, no difference though :/

Attached is another copy of my EFI, IOReg, and a screenshot of Hackintools PCIe device

(P.S. The SSDT-DTPG and TB3 are disabled in that config.plist so I can boot.)

Umm, maybe the system has some other EFI in any ESP?

MaciASL>File>Export Tableset.

It could be possible that NootRX and UTBMap are causing conflict in some way.
