I have GC-Titan-Ridge v2 installed in a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro WiFi MB in Slot_4. What should PCI0 be changed to ? It is the only card in my system (with the original Firmware).
You should consider reading the guide and provide your PR files.
I have some SSDT's installed and running Catalina (10.15.7). The Titan thunderbolt/USB 3.1 controllers show up in About this Mac -> PCI, but not in About this Mac -> Thunderbolt.
Looks like you forgot to read the FAQ section.

First: PRFiles are enclosed.

For Single Card and Onboard Thunderbolt:
For single card and onboard Thunderbolt, the steps are very simple.

If we consider our first Thunderbolt Card, which is installed on Slot #2 as the Slot #1 is reserved for GPU, the changed to the SSDT, would be the following.

PCI0>PC00
Now my card is in slot 4. What do I change to ?

Another reference slots is here:
SLOT Configuration:
If we consider our first sample SSDT, which refers to the very first Thunderbolt Card installed in Slot #2, the changes would be the following.

The sample SSDT has Slot-4 as a configuration and the changes would be the following.

Slot-4>Slot-2
That is what confusing.

The configuration is not as per the guide. However, the Thunderbolt implementation looks good. You can connect your TB Device and test it accordingly.

Has anyone managed to upgrade to MacOS 11.3 or 11.3.1 without crashing the system?
Some say the problem would be the Thunderbolt Titan Ridge.
Someone who has the same configuration as mine, managed to update without problems?

It's working without any issue on 11.4 Beta.

In your case, when you were upgrading MacOS from 11.2.3 to 11.3 or 11.3.1, did you have to make any changes?

No changes at all. Upgraded from 11.2.3 to 11.3 and then to 11.3.1 and then to 11.4. Had no issues at all.

So, didn’t this error even occur to you?
