I have put together all the known patches for Sandy-Bridge CPUs (Ivy-Bridge do not need them), with version controls for different OS (Catalina 11.5.7 to latest Monterey 12.6). I have tested them on HP Z420/Z420/Z820 [X79]. It should work for all X79 systems.

Patches already existed till Big Sur. Have not tested it on Monterey yet. But have added upon your confirmation.

Regarding these two patches,

7513B9 to EB13B9

751AB9 to EB1AB9

It should be changed to the following

7513B9 to EB11B9

751AB9 to EB11B9

What about macos ventura 13.0 ? no x79 patches for that or something to try at least ?

Attach the original kext to check. Use an external link.

where is the kext located btw in both ventura or monterey ? I tried to find it in Extensions folder but couldnt find any

That's because Apple removed AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext from Ventura

The guide will be updated for macOS Ventura soon.
