How to change lock Screen Resolution and refresh rate?

As title suggested, I want to change the lock screen display refresh rate? My display settings only comes in effect after i enter my password.
My Monitor Resolution is 3440x1400 and 144hz but lock screen is 3440x1400 @ 60Hz so when i enter my password screen goes blank for few second for setting up the 144hz. I want to avoid this.

Motherboard: GigaByte z790-ud-ax
CPU: i7-14700
Graphics: RX 6600 XT
