Hi, im new to a hackintosh. Im willing to have one to my setup with dual boot.
My spec is, Ryzen 5 3600, MSI B450 Tomahawk Max, 16gb ram, and MSI GTX 1070 8gb.
Can anyone guide me, please...

Firstly, you need to ensure your hardware is compatible. If you determine that the hardware is compatible, you can go ahead. If not, you'll have to change the hardware in order to perform the installation. In your case, GTX 1070 isn't compatible but you can patch it and have limited support or you can also upgrade the GPU to an AMD one.

Next, you gotta start building the EFI. Start here:

Then, just use a Flash Drive, create a recovery drive and perform the installation!
