Cannot boot macOS Installer

I cannot get the macos installer to boot on macos ventura or sonoma files are not corrupt and the same usb stick worked for my laptop. I always get that LoadImage failed - Unsupported error. Dmgloading is set to any and SecureBootMode is disabled + JumpStartHotplug doesnt want to work. Efi and Errors are attached
