Can I buy this adapter of Fenvi and use MacBook Air wifi bt card as a airdrop on Hackintosh

the fenvi FV-HB 1200 M is costing me triple the amount in India but I am thinking to get only Fenvi adapter of pic and buy second hand MacBook Air early model card and plug on this adapter then run on my Hackintosh . I have Mac OS Sonoma and want airdrop feature and continuity camera should I buy this adapter and pair with original part of MacBook Air early models and run on my mackintosh or buy the fence-FV-HB 1200 M please help me to sort out this buying issue rest machine is working flawlessly

For that, you need a different Adapter. This is suitable for Half Mini PCIe and AirPort cards will generally not fit into it.
