boot chime

Hello, I have a 4th generation intel desktop computer and the boot chime is working perfectly. I have a Dell Latitude 3510 laptop cpu I5 10210U ntel® UHD Graphics for 10th Gen Intel® Processors AUDIO Realtek ALC236 .MONTEREY 12.3 BETA. and I did all the steps that we have to follow in the video, but without result.The sound works fine except for the built-in microphone?? Please is there any advice? TKS
