FIX Blackscreen afterboot, must close and open lid to wake screen

After completing installation, things work fine but there is a problem. When booting, after the progress bar reached half, screen went black and still black for minutes instead of showing login screen (Computer is running, i can hear sound on key press). If i close the lid for seconds and open again, thing backs to normal. Here is my spec:
Thinkpad Gen3 Extreme
i7-10750H
GTX 1650 MaxQ
Intel UHD 630 + 15.6" FHD 60Hz
32GB RAM DDR4
Wifi Intel AX201
