Black Screen after OC Verbose - AMD CPU and GPU

Hullo, all.

Recently trying to create a Hackintosh, and at first I followed Dortania's guide, to no avail. Then I tried OpCoreSimplify, which had me go farther, but still not quite. Now my USB shows the options, and after I going into Verbose, it just goes black. I read that for some, it worked itself out after 5 to 10 minutes, but that did not happen with mine.

Here is the link for the config.plist, I'm hoping there's something immediately obvious and stupid I forgot in there.

Disable NootRX and then check if you can get display.
