Bad performance of Radeon RX 590 under MacOS

Hello!
I have a problem with my Radeon RX 590 in my hackintosh. Card works normally and acceleration and DRM are fine, but raw performance of it is just awful. It scores 35804 openCL and 36991 Metal in Geekbench 5, also the perfomance in blackmagic raw speedtest is lower: 99 fps now and 139 fps earlier. This card should nomally score about around 50k Metal and 48k openCL. Some time ago I've managed to get that kind of points, but can't recall how I did it. Tried to use RadeonBoost (Crashes my system) and AGPM Injector doesn't do anything. BIOS configuration is the same. Please help, because I don't want to leave that much performance on a table. That's right, all Polaris based GPUs had good scores until Mojave/Catalina. Since then, to promote new GPUs, the old ones have been slowed down due to new drivers.

RadeonBoost works fine up to macOS Catalina. AGPM Injector isn't usually required for AMD GPUs and that too when it has native support.

But I got normal scores once on monterey 12.4.

49k on OpenCL and 51k on Metal.
